Bu bizim komşumuzun kızı Yağmur. O tam bir melek... Onu ipekte yaşatmak beni çok mesut edecek.

 

 This is Yagmur, the daughter of our neighbour. She is an angel... To give life to her on silk will make me very happy.
 
Bu ilk adım.

Boyamaya evvela gözdeki beyazlıkları renksiz guttayla kapatarak başladım. Hiçbir sınırlama yapmadan evvela yüz rengini ve hafif pembeliklerini verdim. Göz sınırlarını siyah guttaladım. Göze hafif mavilik verdim. Siyah guttayla gördüğünüz çizgileri çizdim ve saçları siyaha boyadım.

 

 This is first step.

I covered the white of the eyes with clear gutta. Without any lines I coloured the face very light tan colour and gave a little of pink to the cheeks. I lined the eyes with black gutta. The eyes are blue. I drawed the lines with black gutta and then I coloured the hair black.

 
 
Bluzu pembe ve ceketi mavi boyadım. Saçlara alkole batırılmış fırça ile bazı yerlerde parlaklıklar yarattım. Yüzdeki gölgeleri biraz daha barizleştirdim. I painted the blouse pink and the jacket blue. I gave highlights to the hair with a brush dipped in alchool. I gave  more shadows to the face.

Onun güzelliğini resmetmek çok zor.

To paint her beauty is very very difficult.
